COVERING SHEET

The covering certificate has 2 copies, the original for the stallion owner, and a copy for the mare owner.

When the covering is done, please fill out both of these copies, scan the original, and send it together with the completed form (below) to the studbook ICS CZ.

The mare owner will fill out this form (HERE) above the foal.

Based on the number of completed covering certificates, the stallion owner will receive an invoice from studbook ICS CZ according to the price list (see price list HERE).
